This beautiful home is in a great location, just 20 minutes walk to the beach and close to Bournemouth train station. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 10 hours per week of help in the home as well as offering your time and caring nature as a Homesharer.

The current homeowner is a very friendly Nigerian lady, in her 80's. She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home, plus someone who can help her with some small household tasks, including preparing and sharing an evening meal together.

The suitable sharer should be FEMALE, either working or studying but should have some time available during their week, mainly in the evenings to offer their time and support. They should be kind, caring and enjoy a good chat.

The property is a very well ground floor flat. The sharer will have their own single bedroom with good storage and access to a shared bathroom. The sharer is welcome to use the rest of he shared spaces including the kitchen a large lounge.
