The room is furnished with a small-double sized divan bed, and offers only small under-bed storage & drawers, therefore would mainly suit either a 'second-home' situation for a professional working temporarily in Bournemouth, or, a seasonal student requiring temporary town centre lodging on a short term basis.
Accomodation offer includes shared access of kitchen for simple cooking and utility access ; a shared access of lounge for dining/when required; and exclusive/own use of bathroom for hygiene/grooming purposes.
Will suit a considerate, organised and tidy individual who enjoys a healthy-balanced lifestyle in a central location. The block is respectfully managed, and although some passing buzz from the town centre, is generally a peaceful environment.
I am currently undergoing general home improvement projects/DIY at the property, which although shouldn't disrupt, will be performed during my free time.
There is no allocated parking space for a car provided, however, there is a secure space available for a motorbike/bicycle.
Please also be advised on applying interest that no broadband/wifi internet is available at the property, and therefore only Freeview TV available.
Bills for utilities and council tax are included in rental fee.
References will be required, and a Holding deposit of £200 will be required upon agreement reached where the marketing of property ceases. 1 month advance rent, plus 1 month deposit (minus holding deposit) payable on move-in.
