Unique double room in a family house extension

We have a spacious double room with lots of light and a separate entrance at the front of the house. It also has a private bathroom with a shower and access to the back garden from the bedroom. The extension connects to the main house though the utility room and into the kitchen. The room has now Blinds fitted and a full body mirror.

You'll be sharing with my partner, myself and my 6 year old boy and our pug. We are super chilled, very clean and trustworthy. You'll have access to the kitchen, dining room. laundry room, garage and terraces.

There is a parking space and a locked garage for a bike.

We are on Queens Park Avenue, 2 minutes walk from the bus stop on Charminster road and a few minutes walk to Queens Park itself.
