Room available in Great Flat

Looking for someone to move in from May (17th May ideally but will available from 1st May earliest) My flatmate is moving out and needing someone to take over from him. You will have your own room with sole use of the main bathroom. Good sized kitchen/living area with a balcony. Washing machine/dishwasher in the flat. Large communal garden area with BBQ's which is great for the summer.
Rent is £675 plus bills which works out approx. £800 a month. In addition there is a deposit required of £750. It’s a great flat with access to a gym, pool and sauna included in the rent. There is no parking onsite but you can park in the road outside.
The flat is opposite the entrance to Boscombe gardens so you can walk straight down to the beach. Also within walking distance of central Bournemouth. If interested I can send more photos.
