Spacious double Bedroom

We’re renting out a double room in our friendly shared house £650 single occupancy or £950 double occupancy (a couple) but you will get two rooms for the higher price - all bills included – perfect for someone who wants a bit more space to work from home or just chill out.

The setup:
• One double bedroom (Includes furniture - bed (storage under), 2 wardrobes, draws, 2 side tables.
• 2nd room if going for two rooms: One smaller room, ideal as a home office, snug or extra storage (currently no furniture has a built in wardrobe)
• Open to individuals or couples

You’ll be living in a relaxed, welcoming home. We (the homeowners) live in a separate part of the house, so you’ll have plenty of privacy, but we’re around if you fancy a chat or need anything. There are also two lovely housemates upstairs who are rarely around but super friendly when they are.

Shared spaces include:
• A spacious kitchen with loads of cupboard space. The kitchen is equipped with everything (plates, pans, glasses, air fryer etc) for everyone to use. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer too 😄
• A dining room/chill area to eat, relax or hang out + a cupboard with a ton of board games. Very lovely light room!
• A downstairs loo
• A bathroom with both a bath and shower upstairs
• An outside garden with table and chairs

We also have a hypoallergenic dog – she sticks with us, but you’re welcome to interact with her as much or as little as you like. She’s very friendly 😊

It’s a chilled, respectful environment and we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy and contribute to that vibe.
