Good size bedroom

Good size ground floor bedroom. Decor a little dated but might improve with time. Some work on house anticipated but living room is nice. Shower is hot but a bit feeble - hope to improve. If you don't mind some disruption at some point this is the place for you. Also if you don't mind sharing with an old lady (of the jeans and t-shirt type) this might suit you.. I really can't do the hard sell but the room is a good double and I am hoping there will be a transformation at some point for the rest of it. Nice road though! P. S. One parking space which you can have although there is some in the road.
