I have been letting this on Airbnb (pics are from the listing, hence the towels, tea making etc!) and now looking for a quiet professional to share the flat with. I'm in my 50's, friendly with young outlook and active, live in landlord. I do work from home, so please note it needs to be someone who works out of home, Monday to Friday business hours.
