Major bus routes pass by - the M1 bus stop is less than a 1 minute walk which is a main bus route & has frequent journeys into Bournemouth & Poole town centre & surrounding areas. Co-op shop is a few doors down & lots of places to eat within easy walking distance.

Secure bike shed where you can lock your bike away.

Sharing with friendly owners & one other professional, who has lived with us for 10 years. It’s a friendly relaxed atmosphere & everyone is respectful of each other, everyone does their own thing but is also sociable.

We have a big sunny garden with table tennis table, seating, BBQ. Great in the spring/summer/ autumn.

Well presented house modern but with lots of original character, bay windows, high ceilings, wood burner. There is also an oak beamed conservatory which acts as a second living room in the spring to autumn.
