About the room:
A room is available in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat located on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building with excellent travel links to Bournemouth, Poole, and the surrounding areas. The available bedroom currently has a single bed, but there is space for a double if preferred, however this would need to be supplied by the tenant. The room is fully furnished and includes a wardrobe, chest of drawers, console table, and a TV. The flat features a shared kitchen and living room, offering a comfortable and welcoming living environment. Ideal for a friendly and tidy individual looking for a convenient and well-connected place to live.

A bit about me:
I’m 26 and work full-time as a production engineer for an aerospace company, ! I’m also studying part-time to complete my bachelor’s degree, so I keep a good balance between work, study, and downtime. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, keeping the place well maintained. I’m easygoing, responsible, and looking for someone who values a calm, comfortable home environment.

There’s a small French Bulldog called Beau who’s stays a few night per week, he’s a very friendly dog and doesn’t cause any issues.
