A lovely bungalow not to far from AUB

A lovely bungalow close to aub and the town is not to far by bus or car . The uni student we currently have will be returning home as she has completed her masters so the room will be available bit we don't have an exact date yet . we have 2 garden areas one with a pond and art studio and the other a small patio suntrap .Our 23 year old son lives and works in the bungalow with jackson a 8year old soppy loving cockerspaniel .the room we have is a small double room available fully furnished with opening doors out onto the garden .the room comes with parking of needed . A beautiful kitchen and newly fitted bathroom and a cosy lounge with Woodburner and plenty of plants around the house .Our son is an artist and works part time from home and the other times he's working in town or out on a project .he is quiet but likes to play his decks but is considerate of course .We are looking for a young working professional or a uni student or someone who possibly wants week day living or visa versa .I do pop home regularly to tend the garden use the washing machine and to see my lad ...just so you know!!
