Hey, I have a spare room available and looking for someone to take over my tenancy - the room is an en-suite bedroom on the top floor in a house in Boscome, the house has 8 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms, everyone will be second year and it’s an all girls house, it has a driveway and is right next to the beach and the house is able to move into from 1st September, it’s £505/month so £124/week and bills are roughly around £19/week, pls message for any more details !

Just to mention -
The room is available from 1st September until July so rent would need to be payed for that entire time of the tenancy.
The room available is the master bedroom, and does have the biggest bathroom in the house, along with a storage room with a view outside and a space to put a desk.
There is a shared kitchen, lounge, small pantry room, dining room, utility room and hallway.
