Cosy double bedroom - viewing advised

Looking for a person who is friendly, respectful and appreciates privacy. We do enjoy a chat if we find ourselves cooking at the same time in the kitchen or sat in the garden together but otherwise my wife and I prefer our own time when settling down of an evening to watch TV.
We don't mind if you work odd hours but just ask that you are mindful of noise during the night. We tend to sleep between 11pm and 6am.
The house is modern and in its own private road with just 7 other houses. Unfortunately no spare parking spaces on the private road but plenty of free parking on the main road just 1 minute walk from the house.
Your room will be situated upstairs at rear of property. Room has a double bed, ample storage, small desk and a smart TV so you can access your own subscription services. No issues with you occasionally bringing a partner over to stay.
We do have a dog so it is paramount that you like doggies. She is a mini schnauzer.
My wife and I have been renting to lodgers for over 10 years and we are very comfortable with sharing our home. We will do whatever we can to make you feel safe and happy while living with us.
