Property is walking distance to Bournemouth, Boscombe town centre and Boscombe beach with Boscombe bus station close by for travel links and a range of shops nearby for groceries. It's a quiet street but close to all amenities.

All bills are included, including fibre broadband.

Sharing with male, 33 who is half English Half Thai, quiet and respectful guy who is a full time working professional and a keen chef.. It is not a party house but the house mate is friendly.

An individual would be preferable but can potentially be open to a couple for an increased rent if a suitable match.

Must be a clean and tidy person and reliable at paying the rent. Rent to be paid upon moving in for the month ahead and one months rent for security deposit.

There are 3 awesome cats who live here, so any prospective tenant must be animal lovers!
