Single bedroom available in a light/modern cottage

Single bedroom available in a light and modern two-bedroom cottage. Located close by to a local high street, green space and lots of other amenities.

I am looking for a kind and considerate full-time working professional or mature student to share with. I work away from home for long periods! You have the choice of the single room (£550 per month) or the double room (£650 per month) - all bills inclusive.

I would also be open to renting the whole cottage on a Holiday Let/Spareroom contract basis, for up to 6 months. This would include SOLE use of property (1 x single and 1 x double bedroom) - £1,400 per month including all bills!
