Double room for rent in a quiet house

I (the landlord) live at the property Tues - Thurs and am generally in London for the rest of the time with the intention of relocating to London soon but leaving a spare room incase I’m back for the odd night. I have one other tenant who is also not here often so good potential for lots of ‘house to yourself’
Both myself and tenant are very quiet and rarely have guests. Overly clean and any potential tenant will need to be of the same
Mindset. A Cleaner comes in every other week too.
