Double bedroom sea view room in shared flat

We have just moved to Bournemouth to start work at the hospital & we are looking for a friendly and tidy housemate to join us here by the seaside! One of us is 28 and the other 24, we like yoga, teas, sea swims and occasionally going to the pub. We want to feel comfortable with whoever moves in, have occasional film evenings and meals together but we also enjoy time to ourselves.

The flat is unfurnished - as we moved in this week we are in the process of building it up.

The room has direct balcony access, there is also a private sun terrace for the flat and parking. There is a large built in wardrobe, with additional storage space in the hallway cupboards. There are roll down blinds on the window. Room would fit a double bed and furniture.

The whole flat is really spacious & has fantastic sea views all the way round, less than 5 mins and you can be swimming in the sea :) the block has direct access to the chines. It is a safe block of flats with porter on site. We are on the upper floors so minimal noise heard from the city.

Rent is £625 pcm + approx £250 for bills (not currently finalised so will likely be cheaper but council tax is approx £125pcm each)

There are 3 toilets in the apartment. This room would share a main bathroom with one other tenant.

We would prefer a female housemate, no students please - must have working contract in place to be added on the tenancy agreement.

Deposit is £769, in a deposit protection scheme. You can be added to the tenancy contract (£50 fee we will split between us plus cost of extra keys cut)
