You are welcome to join a clean tidy and looked after shared house in the heart of Charminster close to buses and local shops.
It is kept clean tidy and warm with everybody contributing to the cleaning and upkeep of the house. As a local landlord I live close to the property to deal with maintenance etc.
This is a medium sized room (approx4 meters square) and has a hand basin for your sole use.
It has a lock on the door for your security.
It has a nice enclosed lawned garden.
There is one parking space which is strictly on a first come first served basis.
Individuals on benefits will be considered depending on the circumstances.
I have enclosed photos on a very similar room as current one is occupied
It will be available from the first of September after refurbishment. Non smokers would be preferred
