Our beautiful house is located in a residential part within walking distance to the bus stop, sea, park and local amenities. Clean and tidy house, freshly painted and new carpets to be put down throughout the communal areas shortly.

The bedroom is located on the bright sunny side of the house which will make you feel uplifted and positive. There is a lot of space. Viewing is highly recommended!

The house mates are quiet and respectful mature people who will be glad to welcome you and share a large living/dining room with leather sofa/chairs and coffee/dinning tables, well equipped kitchen with two fridge/freezers and cupboard space each. The house benefits from beautiful outside space with flowers and table bench at the back to grab a coffee in the morning and relax in the evening or enjoy alfresco dining during warm summer nights.

All bills except TV/phone are included. There is a washing machine, tumble drier, washing line outside and area to dry your clothes inside.

The landlords are very helpful and friendly who thrive to provide you with lovely accommodation. You will be required to prove the affordability (your annual income must be at least £21,900) and pay regularly on time.
