Short Term Spare Room - Living in Landlord

My name is Claudia and I am professional individual with a spare room that I'd like to rent out from time to time.
I am not looking for permanent lodgers at this time, but I am willing to consider up to a max of 6 months.

The Flat:
Two-bedroom flat in a premium location, close to town centre but also far enough from the business of town. Easy access to the Upper Gardens and private entrance to Meyrick Park.
It does not come with parking (I only have a visitor permit beside my resident one and cannot be used for long stays); however there is off street parking available close by (or if you have a small car/bike you can use the garage).

The flat is spacious, with a shared bathroom and an extra toilet.
The flat is modern and clean and the full price includes a cleaner twice a month.

The room:
The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, a desk, wardrobe, side tables and lampshades and also a projector for your own cinema nights 😊

The Landlady
I work from home some days but am in the office most of the times. I have quite a busy lifestyle with swimming, church activities and just being sociable. I love to have people around sometimes, however days of being a party animal are long gone, so it will be mostly chilled game nights, coffee breaks or just chilled dinners (not that often).

I also love my own space and just having moments of solitude to chill out and recharge.

I love travelling and try to get out as much as I can even for just a day or weekend away.

The price:
Weekly: £190
Monthly: £750
Price may be negotiable depending on circumstances and lenghr of stay. It includes all bills, broadband, use of washing machine and if required access to some entertainment platforms (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, Nowtc etc).
