I have 2 rooms available in lovely quiet location in central Bournemouth. Perfect to get to all locations as 2 mins from Bournemouth square bus stops and 10 mins walk to Bmth station.
Flat is in very small block with quiet living working neighbours.
Flat is located 3 mins from Tesco and all the restaurants bars shops so you never need to take a taxi and the beach is 5 min down the hill!!
Furniture is interchangeable... desk and chair available etc.
Kitchen has Airfryer Microwave toaster kettle blender aswell as all cooking utensils ,cups glasses plates etc
Iron and ironing

You must be clean tidy and respectful of others
Fast WIFI
CONSTANT hot water
Washing machine

Any nationality race etc but you must be able to pay the rent and be tidy quiet and easy to live with.
No party animals please.
Room is strictly for 1 person

1 room has sink king bed wardrobes drawers
2 room double bed with underbed storage boxes desk chair wardrobe
