Massive double room (7m x3.5m) available now for single occupant. All bills are included as well as internet

If you are interested in the room, please let me know your occupation, how long you want it for and when you want to move in.

The room is furnished or unfurnished (this is flexible)
It currently has a double bed, wardrobe, table, bedside cabinet, sofa, chest of drawers
It is £650

The deposit is one months rent (£650). You will get the full amount back as long as you do not make major damages.

It was refurbished a couple of years ago so new carpet and kitchen/bathroom etc. New boiler, central heating, fast internet, near cheap supermarkets including Aldi, Lidl and charity shops :-)

This flat is close to Boscombe center, near the shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
The transport links are great, taking you in to Bournemouth center frequently (and night bus)
The beach is about a 15 minute walk away,
Bournemouth square is 30-40 min walk away or a 15 min cycle.

There is free on street parking a few minutes away (all around the back streets of the area)

Sorry to the party animals, but this is not a party house. With Chaplin's round the corner I wouldn't see the need anyway :-)

I am looking for someone who will fit in with the other housemates, because I do not want to disturb the nice, friendly environment of the house.

They are both professionals and conscientious, hard working, and they are nice and sociable but not party animals
They keep the place very clean and I insist that the new housemate be as clean and considerate.

No couples, or drugs please.
Smoking only outside of the property (strict)
