Spare room for rent £500pcm (Students only)

Me and my housemates are looking for a 5th person to move into the spare bedroom. The house has 4 other guys who are all students at Bournemouth University and generally chill together most days in the house. It is located right by the cemetery in Charminster and is around a 22min walk to Talbot campus and 15mins walk to town. There is also a Tesco only 2 mins walk on the high street of Charminster.

- £500 a month per person paid every 8th of the month, (excluding bills)
- £576.92 deposit
- 2 Bathrooms, 1 upstairs/downstairs
- Shared kitchen/living room.

The spare bedroom is one of the first rooms as you come in and it's sandwiched between the kitchen and downstairs bathroom making it a convenient spot in the house.
