Two double rooms to rent

Please note I am currently in the process of renovating the house so the pictures shown will be outdated by the time you come to view/move in

Looking for two easy-going housemates who needs a nice and friendly place to live.

There is two fully furnished, bright, and soon to be newly refurbished double room available. All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc) and we also have 200mb+ superfast broadband, Netflix HD etc.

The house is close to the hospital/ castlepoint and approx 10 mins drive to the beach. There's a wardrobe, several cabinets and storage available under the bed in either room. There's also plenty of storage around the house if you need more.
Alternatively there's a spare desk that can be added to the room if needed. Outside the house, there is free parking along the whole road and roads nearby as well as a drive and garage. Both bedrooms available are of a similar size hence the same price.

I currently work away full time so only anticipate to use the third bedroom on weekends and occasionally a couple of days during the week.

Im a chilled and friendly person who is a lover of cooking, watersports, getting outdoors, movie nights, fitness, and the beach!
