My name is Alex, I've been living in this beautiful apartment for 2 years with my flatmate Lem. He's moving out so I'm looking for a new housemate. I'm quiet, relaxed, and easy to get on with.
The lounge is furnished with my exisiting furniture that you are welcome to use. Your room is unfurnished, but you can buy some of the furniture from Lem for cheap. The washing machine, fridge and dishwasher are in great condition. The bathroom is clean and the kitchen is large with a lot of storage space. Me and Lem both love the kitchen.
The rent is £450 and the utility bills are £315 for the flat, so £157.50 between the 2 of us. (Gas, electric, water, sewage, council tax). There is a private parking spot included and I don't drive so you can use it as much as you'd like. There is also a shed to store your belongings or bike if you have 1.
