Single room BH2 area

We are a friendly couple offering a single room in the BH2 area. The room is mostly furnished with a bed and mattress, built in cupboards, a tv stand, loft area for storage and a walk in wardrobe. It will only be myself living here for the first 6 months as my partner is away with work.

We value our privacy and so our only shared areas shall be the kitchen and bathroom (we use the lounge and dining area daily) but if you want extra space outside your room, you may use the conservatory where you will find a spacious area with a sofa, with room for a table/laptop/computer/laundry airing etc.

The ideal tenant will be a single female who is kind, clean, friendly and respectful of our privacy - and of course we will do the same for you. We have an 8 month old puppy who is well behaved but full of energy and loves people, so you would need to like/love dogs!

The room will be available from end of October 2025/early November as we are redecorating. The all inclusive fee for rent and bills is £600.
