I’m looking for someone to share my apartment.
It’s a flat in Boscombe, well located, close to shops and the beach. There’s a nice living room and kitchen.
The available room is a single, with a desk and good storage.
It’s just me living here along with my dog, a very sociable Springer Spaniel (though a bit wary during the first 5 minutes).
I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
The ideal person: sociable, LGBT-friendly, calm, a dog lover, clean, planning to stay for at least 1 year, and legally in the country (with proof of visa, pre-settled, or settled status).
The rent is £550 per month, with two months’ notice. Due to the demand and because I’m looking for something more familiar, I’ll need to meet first and check compatibility.
