looking for someone to urgently take over my single en-suite room in Bailey point. Must be a student and able to prove this to the accommodation provider Yugo. The flatmates are lovely and tidy I'm moving due to personal reasons but the flat itself is really modern and there's 24/7 maintenance + a gym free to use on site. Theres also a roof terrace with sea views. I would be willing to part pay some of the rent to make it more affordable I just need this flat off my hands ASAP
