I live in a beautiful 2-bed flat in Bournemouth, and my lovely current flatmate, Ellie, will be moving out soon - so I’m looking for the right person to join me.

This isn’t just a “split-the-bills” situation - I’m looking for someone who wants to create a home together. This is a place where we look out for one another, keep the space peaceful and clean, and genuinely care about each other’s wellbeing.

I value people who are grounded, kind, reliable, and disciplined - someone who is aiming at something meaningful in their life, whatever that may be. I’m quite a spiritual person, though I don’t mind what you believe as long as you have some sense of depth.

I’m not into television or social media, so this is a quieter, more intentional home. I love thoughtful conversation, shared meals now and then, and the sense that we’re both contributing to a positive, nurturing atmosphere.

Our landlady is really kind and helpful - she’s always quick to respond and easy to deal with, which makes living here feel really stress-free.

- 15 min walk to Bournemouth centre
- Off road parking for 2 cars
- Double glazing

The room comes furnished with:
- Bed
- Chest of drawers

Rent: £675 each Bills: £50 - £100 (depending on the month)

It’s a non-smoking / vaping, no-pets home.
