Two large double rooms with off road parking

Hi, I am looking for two easy-going housemate who needs a nice and friendly place to live.

We have two fully furnished, bright, and newly refurbished double room available. All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, internet etc) and we also have 200mb+ superfast broadband, Netflix HD etc.

The house is close to castlepoint, hospital and jp Morgan. There's a wardrobe, several cabinets and storage available under the bed in each room. There's also plenty of storage around the house if you need more. Alternatively there's a spare desk that can be added to the room if needed. Outside the house, there is a driveway, garage and plenty of off road parking too.

I work away in the week meaning that I would only be present at the house for half the week at most usually. There is a toilet with shower upstairs and a toilet downstairs that could be split between the two lodgers. The conservatory is very nice in the summer too.

I am lover of cooking, watersports, getting outdoors, movie nights, fitness, and the beach! Would also like to do stuff as a house every so often (BBQs, firepits, beach, cheese & wine, brunches etc) time and life permitting.
