A spacious room in an apartment in Lansdowne inc. ALL bills.
4th - top floor apartment.

The room has a double sofa bed, sofa and chair, large and small tables, a TV, double wardarobe, thin tall chest of draws and full length mirror.

There is a lot of space for you to be able to be comfortable.

A first come first served parking space behind the block. Free parking at the front for unlimited spaces 6pm - 8am.

A bus stop to numerous locations is directly outside the front door of the apartment. Central and walking distance to everything including the beach, shops, train st, cafes and bars. The apartment is at the back of the block though so it is quiet.

Shared kitchen & shared bathroom with seperate W/C.
