Short term room to rent near castlepoint

My current lodger is going travelling for a few months maybe longer so looking to fill his room until he returns if he returns.

The room is a double but on has a single bed in it also has a tall chest of drawers and a cupboard.
It has a smart tv on the wall and a desk.

There is a toilet next to the room which is only really used by my current lodger as I only use the shower wc downstairs next to my room.

There is a driveway with enough space to park another vehicle.

There is a bus stop to anywhere in bcp directly outside the house with a shop, a chinese and a pub next door and only a 5 minute walk to castle point.

I personally smoke but only outside.

Someone clean and tidy is a must and no alcoholics I dont mind a drink in the evenings as long as its not a life issue.
