Will be honest top floor so no good for prams or small kids - Also another issue you are right by the beach / cliff top / parking area all outside is unrestricted parking so easy to park in winter months but come summer its hard to park due to holiday makers and will be annoying to carry shopping from roads away ! unless have mptorbike
