The room is furnish with an ottoman bed (storage underneath), drawers, bedside draws & double wardrobe.
Preferably looking for another female to join me around the same age who is a professional (no students/no wfh).
The annexe has a separate private entrance from the main house with a lit up pathway leading to its own patio area which is lovely in the summer sunshine! Open plan kitchen & lounge with shared bathroom (bath shower).
The property is close to 3 main bus routes however there is a parking space on the drive for a small car which would be yours.
All bills are included (including council tax).
I am a professional hybrid worker (from home & the office).
I am a clean & sociable housemate who also loves her own time. A little bit about me is I like bike rides, beach walks, the gym, dinner & board game evenings with my friends, catching up on YouTube & festivals/events.
