Recently refurbished room with a double bed.
Central Bournemouth BH1 2BY with large windows and plenty of light.
All bills included including heating, electricity, WIFI. No council tax to pay this is covered by the owner.
The room is within our Westover Gardens Hotel building which is residential accommodation for up to 24 individuals. Currently we have about 17 rooms filled with a nice mix of ages and occupations. The building is very quiet and calm with a pleasant atmosphere.
Five of the rooms are ensuite. For the non ensuite rooms we have:
4 x toilet and hand basin rooms
2 x toilet, bath and shower rooms
3 x bath and shower rooms
There is a large communal area on the ground floor with a water dispenser, microwave, fridge freezer and toaster. We are happy for residents to have air fryers and microwaves in their rooms as long as these are in good condition and meet our criteria.
We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate their affordability and who have a good credit score or can provide a guarantor with a good credit score.
