The room can be let furnished or unfurnished but there is ample space for a desk and wardrobe. The bed in the room is an ottoman which increases the storage space available.

You will have full access to amenities within the house. As you enter the house, the bedroom is the first room on the left, which provides enhanced privacy.

Whilst not en-suite, there is a shower room on the ground floor and the bedroom to let is the only bedroom on this floor. If you do prefer a bath, this is upstairs.

There is the use of a private driveway.
