Room for rent in East Cliff 2 min walk to beach

Looking for someone (preferably female) to take over my friend’s room in our shared flat in East Cliff, Bournemouth, around a 2-minute walk from the beachfront.

The flat is a 3-bed, but the third room is used for storage, so it’s spacious and quiet. It’s on the first floor of a small, well-kept block and is modern with large windows, so it gets plenty of natural light.

The kitchen is a good size and includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a brand new washer/dryer. The bedroom available is a comfortable size, has a blackout blind, and new carpet. (Bedroom 2 on floor plan)

The living room is a shared space. The flat came unfurnished, and I’ve got sofas and a dining table already but happy to rearrange if you have your own furniture.

There’s also a 3rd room which works well for storage or could be made into a work from home space.
