The room (4.4m x 3.3m) can be furnished or unfurnished, with one featuring a private entrance. They are located at opposite ends of the corridor, ensuring no shared bedroom walls for added privacy.
The house has been recently updated with new carpets, fresh paint, and fire doors for improved soundproofing.
Shared facilities include a communal kitchen, a bathroom with a large bathtub and a combi boiler for constant hot water, an additional outdoor toilet, and a small communal TV room (part time use).
There is ample storage space in the attic and understairs cupboard.
Outside, the front and back yards are furnished with tables, chairs, and sunbeds (which can be stored when not in use), and there is a secure plastic storage box for bikes.
The location is excellent, with frequent bus routes nearby, 1.4miles to both the train station and the beach, a 7-minute walk to Boscombe Centre, and easy access to Kings Park, Queens Park, and Bournemouth Square.
Free on-road parking is available.
Rent is £600 per month, with all bills included, and a £600 deposit, which will be fully refunded.

No smoking indoors
no drugs
quiet times 23:00-8:00
communal areas kept nice and clean for the benefit of all housemates
