Large double bedroom for rent

This is a shared female flat. It is a 2-bedroom flat shared with myself, who is the live-in-landlady. I am 32 years old and pregnant with a baby boy due in May. Ideally, my new flatmate would be female and ok sharing communal spaces such as the kitchen, lounge, tv, bathroom, toilet etc. Also, the new flatmate would need to be ok with dogs as I have a 2 year old terrier cross who is lovely and friendly. The back garden is also shared with my upstairs neighbours who are a lovely young couple. Smokers are welcome but outside only please and I would like a female who would be ok with a newborn baby in the 2nd bedroom with me, as well as my dog. I have had a few flatmates over the years that have become good friends so am sure I have lovely references. P. s I am a chill girl, not looking to make crazy profit, simply looking for help with my own mortgage and bills which would all be included with the rent as well as free wifi and there is a decent wifi extender in the big bedroom for rent which ensures good connection. I was also a student nurse and am a big advocate for neurodivergency too.
