Double room for rent

I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded flatmate to join me in my recently purchased property. As it’s a new home, it’s still a bit of a work in progress when it comes to furnishing, but it’s already a lovely place and I’m gradually making it feel like home.

I’m very tidy and house-proud, so I’m looking for someone who is the same and will respect the space. The bathroom is shared, but it’s kept clean and well looked after, so it works really well for day-to-day living.

I enjoy socialising and occasionally having friends over (nothing wild or constant!), so it would be great if you’re comfortable with that and happy to have people round from time to time too.

I don’t currently have photos of the room, but it is fully furnished with a double ottoman bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe, offering plenty of storage.

Bills are not included in the advertised rent.
