The property benefits from two bathrooms, a large open-plan living/kitchen area with balcony access, and a huge shared garden surrounded by trees. Looking for a quiet, full-time working professional. I’m not a big TV person, so the lodger will need to supply their own TV for their room. However, they are very welcome to use and relax in the shared living/kitchen area whenever they like.
