Bright, spacious and comfortably furnished double room available for 4 nights a week (Monday pm to Friday am). £625.00 per calendar month including all utilities and WiFi.
The room available is on the ground floor of our home. It has been newly renovated and decorated providing spacious accommodation. The room is currently available for single occupancy only.
There is a comfortable double bed with storage under, sofa, coffee table with storage, chest of drawers, wardrobe, table and chair and sideboard.
There is an en-suite shower room and kitchenette with combination microwave, single induction hob, toaster, kettle, fridge as well as pots and pans, plates knives and forks etc.
I am happy to do 2 loads of washing a week including sheets and towels. The room and all communal areas are cleaned weekly and bedding, towels etc. can be provided if needed.
The room is part of a large detached house in a popular residential area close to all amenities. There is plenty of on road parking and a bus stop close by. We are very close to Castlepoint and within easy reach of Bournemouth Town Centre, Bournemouth Hospital and Bournemouth University.
Your housemates are a friendly and professional adult family who are quiet and respectful during the evenings and at nighttime. We are looking for someone like minded, a working professional who due to their work requires accommodation away from home during the working week. Not suitable for working from home.
