A Lovely double room in family home

We have a lovely double room in a family house which would ideally suit a young female. They must be a non smoking cat lover.
The room has it's own sink with a shared family bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet. We permit one daily shower.
We offer shared vegetarian kitchen facilites with the option of joining the owners for cooked evening meals. We enjoy the camaraderie of our guests. We would like you to respect our house and belongings as it is a family home.
A house mate would be responsible for the cleanliness of their own room and the shared bathroom after use.
A washing machine is available 3 times per week.
Unlimited Wifi is available and all bills are included.
Additional electrical appliances, such as heaters and dehumififiers are not permitted.
A house mate may have guests by agreement, but no overnight stays.
We would like our guest to provide references and we can give testimonials from previous house mates.
