It has its only bathroom with shower over and covers the whole top of the house so is nice and private.
Coffee making facilities in the room.
It is for one person.
There is a shared kitchen and dining room downstairs.
It is situated in Boscombe backing onto King's Park and a lovely walk down Woodland Walk to the sea.
And easy walk to Boscombe shopping centre, the bus station and railway station.
Must be working full time Mon-Fri 9-5 hours
hours. No shift workers.
No vapers or smokers please.
