It is very nice quiet residential house with respectful friendly people. We have one bedroom available on the middle floor, out of the way to enjoy peace and tranquility, The bathroom with a sink, large glass shower and toilet is on the same floor

All Bills and Virgin Media internet are included in the rent except tv/phone

Shared well equipped kitchen with various appliances as well as washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, two fridge-freezers, individual cupboards and dinning/living room with comfy leather sofa, coffee and dining tables are on the ground floor.

There is a lovely outside area at the back with a table bench and garden flowers to enjoy early morning coffee and chill out

We are looking for a friendly clean like-minded person to join the household. The landlords are very active in providing quick fix if any maintenance issues arise and will look after every tenant.
