Large Double in chilled out house.

Room to rent in home close to town centre, close to Train station, Asda, Lidl. With a 2 minute walk onto town centre. Only one room to rent in the house so it's a chilled out house, or couples please. I'm ex military and most of the long term tenants have all been ex forces as well and that's worked well. Like the piece of quiet as home is where you get to relax so wouldn't suit someone that wants to play loud music or have mayes round drinking ect ect. This would suit a working professional or perhaps someone older and mature. I go away a fair bit so would have the place to yourself. Feel free to use lounge and everything. It's unfurnished. References arnt needed, deposit is 350 and first months rent And it's available on the 10th. I'm into my cooking so always got something on the go and happily plate you up a meal if running late. It's a place where adults live, so if something needs doing (house work) just do it, tit for that won't work here, we love here, we adults, so just get it done, clean up after yourself and help with general chores like you would in your own place. That's all I ask. I'm a ex combat doctor, so sleep is important to me so of your a night owl coming on and out at midnight 1/2/3am in the morning that wouldn't work either. Ok saying all this because that's what I've learnt hasn't worked on the past. So if your interested please give me a shout.
