Room & entire home most of month - Meyrick Park

I am barely at home as I work away, home maybe once a month, the rest of the time you have the whole place.

Unique 2 bedroom flat, high ceilings, large bay windows, fully furnished with antiques and lots of charm. 15 minute walk from beach, 10 minute walk from Tesco and the centre of Bournemouth with the lovely gardens that run alongside the river. The property benefits from a shared garden but it is mostly private (I’ve been the only one who really uses it for years, very rare to see anyone else out there but occasionally it happens) all fenced off, encircled by tall trees, gorgeous birdsong in the mornings, lovely green space that adjoins the entire property. I have seating and a wood fire burner in one little area that backs on to our large living room windows. There is a split garage, you have use of half of it. The bathroom has a bath and has been recently updated. There’s a TV, speaker system, google home set and you have unlimited heating, water & electrics with good internet. The flat is good to go. I put max at 3 months only for both of us to see how it’s working and we can extend if it’s all good. It’s not perfectly finished but it’s very homely and cosy with an excellent location and nice green space which is unusual so close to town. My flat is up for sale but it hasn’t sold in over a year so I don’t see anything happening fast but we can roll the contract monthly for both of us and see how it goes, the buying process takes minimum of 4 months anyway so there’s pockets of time to give notice.
