Looking for a chill new flatmate; as our 3rd is moving out to buy a house.

We are (20) and (21) apprentices/ students working whilst studying for BSc's. Ideally we'd like to share with a young student/ professional (M/F both welcome) someone clean, quiet and personable. We're both super relaxed+ friendly splitting our time between: Work, study, gym, basketball, cycling, going-out and travelling.

We love the place + want to keep if for entire duration of our program (2028). Moving in date is 01 Aug 26 (we're flexible). * LEGAL DISCLAIMER: We DON'T own the flat + are simply advertising here. Hence formal contract+ rent payment to be agreed directly with Agent. Once agreed, you'll be added you to the rental agreement contract with estate agent as a 3rd tenant (deposit required). I attest that we incur no financial benefit from this post; it's strictly an advert (all proceeds to agent) as we look to extend our tenure. We're NOT liable for any legal compliance associated with this tenancy, you will formally agree the tenancy, contract terms, and deposit directly with Agent, who remains the legally responsible party for Right to Rent checks, deposit protection, gas/electrical/EPC compliance, and all other statutory obligations for this tenancy. You will NOT move-in until the Agent + landlord has formally vetted you and presented their official signed contract. This advert exists for us to put you forward to the Agent who'll then legally proceed with a renewed tenancy agreement.
