It will only be retained if an applicant pulls out, fails a Right to Rent check, or provides fraudulent/misleading information.

SECURITY DEPOSIT PROTECTION & RETURN:
Your security deposit will be securely protected in a government-approved scheme within 30 days of receipt. At the end of the tenancy, the deposit is legally required to be returned to you in full. Fair deductions can only be made if legally necessary to cover documented contractual breaches, such as unpaid rent or the actual cost of repairing physical damage to the property (excluding standard wear and tear).
