Room to rent in home close to town centre, close to Train station, Asda, Lidl. With a 2 minute walk onto town centre. Only one room to rent, But you'll get the freedom you get, in a house so it's a chilled out house, I'm ex military and most of the long term tenants have been to, But you don't have to be ex or military, just that I am And that's what I've had work but anyone is welcome for sure!! I Like the piece of quiet as home is where you get to relax so wouldn't suit someone that's loud ect ect. This would suit a working professional or perhaps someone older and mature. I go away a fair bit so would have the place to yourself. Feel free to use lounge and everything. The room is unfurnished. References arnt needed, deposit is 350 and first months rent.
