Fully furnished, new build walking dist to beach!!

Hi,

My name is Jonathan, I'm a 24 year old Events Manager and I'm looking for someone to fill the shoes of my last flat mate ! (She is moving back to Germany - so the room is available from 1st August)

I was lucky enough to buy a new-build, two-bedroom flat in the BH1 postcode, and am looking for a flat-mate to rent out the second bedroom.

There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and desk already in the room, but I'm hoping for someone who will share the open-plan kitchen/lounge also (as well as the bathroom, obviously !)

I moved in just over eighteen months ago and bought it as a new-build, so it has a clean and modern finish. The open-plan lounge and kitchen area keeps it social while having the bedrooms at the other end gives you peace and quiet if that is what you are looking for.

The property has has a built in dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc, and I have added broadband, Smart TV (BBC iPlayer, etc) Wii Fit and Sky+. There is also plenty of free, off road parking right outside.

I LOVE my job, and often work late and weekends - especially in the summer.

Situated right next to a popular bus route, the flat is a five minute drive to the very centre of Bournemouth, and a mere five minute WALK to the beach … perfect for Summer !
